A: For Led therapy device, it usually can be 8000-10000 set per month. For big machine like hydra facials, it can be 1500-2000 sets per month.
Q: Do you allow factory audits or inspections by our third-party Quality Control (QC) team?

A: Yes, sure, welcome.
Q: Can we get a sample unit before placing a bulk order, and what are the sample terms/costs?

A: yes, we support sample order. Once you confirm big qty order, we will refund sample cost.

A: We provide 1 year warranty for machine main body and 3 month for the accessories; besides that, we support video technology service, any problem our customers meet on the product.
Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM (custom branding, private labeling, custom packaging, language options for the user manual/screen)?

A: Yes, sure.

Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for this product?

A: For different product, we have different MOQ, for led light therapy, we demand 100pcs; for hydra facials, we demand 20pcs, etc. For more details, send inquiry to us.
Q: What are your standard payment terms for new customers (e.g., T/T deposit, balance before shipping)?

A: We usually support 30% deposit and pay balance before delivery;

A: Shipping time is about 7-15 days for express and air; for sea transportation, it usually take about 20-30 days;
